AZERTY Coach terms of use

The service

AZERTY Coach is a read-only MCP server, published by Antoine Olivier, in a personal capacity, that you add to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex so that your assistant can tell you how to type a character and compare keyboard layouts. Its address is https://mcp.azerty.global/mcp; the help page explains how to add it and what it does.

• Free, no account. No payment, no registration, no key.
• Read-only. The service returns information; it changes nothing on your computer, in your assistant or anywhere else.
• No availability commitment. The service may be slow, interrupted, changed or stopped, without notice. We guarantee neither a response time nor a duration.

Accuracy of answers

The information comes from AZERTY Global data and from keyboard layouts that we check one by one, but it may contain errors or may not match your keyboard, your system or your software version. For a layout the service does not cover, it says so and does not invent keys.

Your assistant writes the final answer from what the service returns. We do not control that wording. For any use where a typing mistake has consequences (computer code, an official document, a password), check the result.

Your use

You may use AZERTY Coach to help you type characters and learn a layout. You agree not to:

• disrupt or overload the service, in particular with large numbers of automated calls;
• try to get around its protections or to reach what is not public;
• use it for any unlawful activity.

We may limit or cut off access, without notice, for a use that harms the service or the other people who use it.

The AZERTY Global data and texts that AZERTY Coach returns remain subject to their licence: the AZERTY Global layout is distributed under the EUPL 1.2 licence (page in French).

Liability

The service is provided as is, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, Antoine Olivier is not liable for indirect damage, or for loss of data or time, arising from use of the service, from an error in an answer or from its unavailability. This limit does not apply where the law forbids it, in particular in cases of gross or intentional misconduct.

We are not responsible for your assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex) or for the terms of its publishers, which apply to your conversations.

Data, changes and governing law

What the service receives and what it keeps is described in the AZERTY Coach privacy page.

We may change these terms, for example if the service changes. The version in force is the one on this page, with its update date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. You can remove the connector from your assistant at any time.

These terms are governed by French law. In a dispute, you can first write to us at contact@azerty.global; if you act as a consumer, you keep the rights the law gives you, including the right to bring the matter before the competent court.
